Andrew Zilch grew up less than ten miles from Minnesota's Largest Ball of Twine. Now he lives in Los Angeles and works as a comedy writer. Coincidence?

In 2004, Zilch wrote and directed THE CUSTODIAL CODE, an action-comedy film about samurai janitors who battle evil in their high-rise office building. The film aired on PBS television and took awards in twelve international film festivals.

Currently Zilch is working as a comedy contributor for HBO New Media and runawaybox.com. He is also a team writer with Very Angry Neighbors video sketch group.

Zilch has spent years studying sketch-writing and improv comedy with the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre. As a result, his sketch comedy work has been featured on the UCB stage.
