Ryan O'Quinn was interviewed on NPR's "The Diane Rehm Show" today and discussed the feature film "Believe" and shooting the movie in his hometown of Grundy, Virginia. 

The topic of discussion was small towns and specifically author Lee Smith's latest book that is set in Grundy. Smith has authored 11 novels, four short story collections and a new memoir, "Dimestore: A Writer's Life".

Also on the air with Rehm was Dante Chinni, data and political reporter, Wall Street Journal, contributor, NBC News director, American Communities Project, Michigan State University.

The film, starring Ryan O'Quinn, Shawnee Smith and Danielle Nicolet is set for a November release.
